My Reflections on Weight Loss

Welcome to my weight loss blog, where I will be spending a lot of time reflecting on my experiences with weight loss dieting, and also on the news and information that is coming out about weight loss.

It seems like there are always four sides to every story when it comes to trying to get yourself into a healthy diet and lifestyle, and this can be quite frustrating. I feel like at this point I’ve come so far in my own progress and understanding that I’d like to try and give something back to people who are newer to this path of healthful, sustained weight loss.

So I will talk about some health considerations you may not have thought of (until its too late), as well as maybe share some personal stories and opinions. I think I’ll play it by ear and just talk about what comes to mind here, you know, so that I can be helpful to you.

And also, always, if there is anything that you would like to discuss here I want this to be your forum to discuss as well, so please feel free to use the discussion sections after each post to talk about whatever you want or need to talk about.
